ABOUT JIM
Jim has lived in Las Cruces for over 21 years. He worked for the city of Las Cruces in a variety of positions, culminating with serving 5 years as City Manager. During his tenure in 2002, Las Cruces was rated the Best Small City for business by Forbes Magazine/Milken Institute and one of the top locations to retire by Money Magazine.

He and his wife Barb, who operates a Creative Memories scrapbooking business and teaches in the Las Cruces Public Schools, live in Las Cruces with their children and dogs.
